For IT MSPs

You cover IT. We cover voice.

Most UK IT MSPs run Microsoft 365, laptops, networking, and security for their SME customers, but don't run voice. That's where Port Phones fits. You keep the customer relationship; we handle the phone system. Plus a referral fee for warm intros that sign.

Why this works for IT MSPs.

Most SMEs need someone to run their phones, but voice is its own discipline — SIP, number porting, call routing, compliance recording, IVR. Doing it occasionally costs more time than it earns. Referring it to a specialist keeps the customer happy without burning your engineer hours.

  • We do not sell IT services. We won't compete with you on Microsoft 365, networking, security, or device management.
  • You stay the primary relationship for the customer. We co-bill or sub-bill as you prefer.
  • One vendor for voice, on transparent pricing, with a senior engineer who picks up when something needs fixing.
  • You earn a referral fee on every signed customer. Terms below.

What we cover.

UK SMEs on managed 3CX. Full lifecycle: discovery audit, 3CX setup and licensing, SIP trunks, handset supply and on-site install, number porting from BT or any UK carrier, team training, ongoing 24/7 monitoring and support.

Geography: based in Poole, Dorset; we operate on-site work across the South West and remotely UK-wide. For installs further afield we partner with the local engineer rather than bill mileage.

Register your interest.

The programme terms and the formal signup form are with the solicitor for review. They land in the next deploy (mid-June 2026). In the meantime, drop us an email and we'll send the terms as soon as they're signed off, along with a one-pager you can share internally.

Partner programme — register interest

Email sales@portphones.co.uk with Partner programme in the subject. Include the rough size of your customer base and the regions you cover, so we can prioritise. We'll reply within one business day with the draft terms and an introduction call invite.

Frequently asked questions.

Two options on the table, both available to partners: (1) a referral fee per signed customer paid as a one-off; (2) an ongoing trail commission on the monthly recurring for as long as the customer stays. Concrete numbers are on the terms doc which the solicitor is reviewing.
Only with your introduction. You own the relationship; we're the voice specialist you bring in. We won't cold-outreach your book or pitch them on adjacent services.
If the customer leaves your IT services but keeps Port Phones, your referral status stays attached to that customer for the rest of any agreed trail period. We don't poach.
Not at launch. We run as Port Phones in front of the customer. Open to revisiting once the programme has a few partners and we understand what works.
