If your agency runs Reapit with a 3CX phone system, TAPI is the link that gives you caller screen-pop and click-to-dial today. Reapit is switching it off on 31 July 2026, and the replacement is built on Reapit's Foundations API, not TAPI.

Every Reapit-plus-3CX agency has to move before then or lose the integration.
